Today, Rep. John Curtis (R-UT), at the request of Chairman Rob Bishop (R-UT), was named to the House Committee on Natural Resources. He will serve on the Subcommittees on Energy and Mineral Resources and Federal Lands. “Rep Curtis has the ability to work with people on all sides to reach practical solutions and will be a great addition to the Committee. We welcome Mr. Curtis and look forward to working with him in his new role,” Chairman Bishop stated. “I made a promise to Utahns that I would come to DC and protect the resources that our beautiful district has to offer. I am honored to represent them as the newest Member to serve on the Natural Resources Committee. I look forward to being deeply involved in the important work this Committee does under the leadership of Chairman Bishop,” Rep. Curtis said. |
