I hereby give notice that I have issued a subpoena duces tecum (for documents) to the U.S. Department of the Interior’s Fish & Wildlife Service for documents related to the listing of the White Bluffs bladderpod as a threatened species and designation of critical habitat under the Endangered Species Act. A copy of the subpoena may be reviewed in the Committee office (1324 Longworth House Office Building) during business hours.
