The Committee on Natural Resources met in open session on January 16, 2014, to consider:

A motion to authorize the Chairman to issue subpoenas for the production of documents and to issue subpoenas to individuals to appear before the Committee on Natural Resources on matters within the Committee’s jurisdiction.

An amendment offered by Mr. Cartwright.054 was NOT AGREED TO by a roll call vote of 14 yeas and 26 nays.

The motion was APPROVED by a roll call vote of 26 yeas and 14 nays.
